This is a brilliant book that everyone needs to read at least once in this life.
Unf#ck Your Brain was written by Faith G. Harper, PHD, LPC-S, ACS, ACN — the fancy-pants genius lady.

Using Science To Get Over Anxiety, Depression, Anger, Freak-Outs, and Triggers

Faith explains how that hot mess — our brain — runs in our heads in an easy-to-understand language. I had some doubts about how much I would like the swearing, but I think it gives psychology a fresh kick.

She doesn’t let us hang there with all the information. She also offers many solutions in her book, even alternative solutions, which are needed in this economy to be fair.

This book stands out for sure!
