Ashley Madison: Masterclass In Human Folly
Netflix made a docuseries that left me in a new mental state. Ashley Madison is full of delusional talking heads — not everyone, of course.
I got a feeling that most men would do anything to avoid discussing their feelings with their partner. Can we enter an era where we support man in sharing without judgment? It would be a game-changer.
Emotional Intelligence Workshop For Everyone
This site is still running neatly. I’m sure there are tons of other dating sites or apps, and it’s not good. To me, it’s not about infidelity and ethics.
The reason that I’m sad that sites like this are successful because they are creating more problems in a world that needs less.
Let’s talk about emotional intelligence. Wouldn’t it be easier in any kind of relationship if we could normalize sharing our desire? Feeling left out because of the newborn child? I believe just talking about those heavy feelings would lift up the mood.
Every problem has a solution if you want to solve it.
No one should cheat and betray just because society values IQ over EQ.
Go and talk about your honest feelings with your partner. You don’t need couples therapy for that.
Cheating With a Bot
This part is the most interesting.
They were cheating with a bot the whole time. Most of them had no idea about it, and the sexting was all philosophical.
In the age of AI, the line between reality and fantasy blurs.
It would have been cheaper for these people to create their own cheating bot and play with that instead. This revelation challenges the notion that the problem lies with one person (as men often blame their wives).
It’s a deeper problem: men’s reluctance to open up emotionally to someone prevents them from making the relationship work.
No wonder Ashley Madison had 37 million customers, mostly men.
My question is, why?
Do men have a bad experience sharing their feelings? Are others quick to judge when it happens? I don’t think it’s cultural. It must be deeper.
The Fallen Christian
This guy, called Sam, was very fun to watch. He acts his heart out and looks like someone who would do anything for attention.
He calls himself a true Christian but fails to follow the ten rules they have.
Fortunately, God forgave him immediately, and his wife gave him a third chance — very cringe-worthy.
